High School Conditioning Program

Atlanta Strength and Conditioning is starting a Summer Conditioning Program for high school age kids on June 6th. The program will run for four weeks on Monday & Wednesday at 2pm. Coaches Kory and Charles have put their heads together on an intense, fun and challenging protocol designed to develop power and speed. Whether a current athlete or just wanting to develop some solid skills, this program is for any high school age kid looking for an edge.
