High School Conditioning Program

Atlanta Strength and Conditioning is starting a Summer Conditioning Program for high school age kids on June 6th. The program will run for four weeks on Monday & Wednesday at 2pm. Coaches Kory and Charles have put their heads together on an intense, fun and challenging protocol designed to develop power and speed. Whether a current athlete or just wanting to develop some solid skills, this program is for any high school age kid looking for an edge. Anyone can sign up for the challenge, just put your name on the board at the gym and track your progress.
