Tactical Strength Challenge

We are hosting the Strong First Tactical Strength Challenge (TSC) on April 23rd from 10am until 2pm. Atlanta Strength and Conditioning is committed to training our members to be strong and confident. Measuring progress along the way is critical to motivation and making the necessary tweaks to our programs. The TSC is one of the most complete measures of strength we have found. There are three events: maximum deadlift, maximum pull-ups and maximum kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes. MEMBER HIGHLIGHT – TARA NOER Today our member highlight is Tara Noer. Tara hails from Missouri and has been in Atlanta for a little over four years now. She’s a super active mom. Spending much of her time chasing her two awesome kids around. Caleb is 10 and Ava 8 years old. They both attend East Side Elementary. Tara has been a devotee to our Ladies training program. Coach Kory Coach Kory Muehlhauser is a former finance dynamo.
