WE WANT YOU TO BE A PART OF OUR 6 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE!!
WHAT DOES THE CHALLENGE ENTAIL?
- 6 weeks of working out 3 times a week.
- A Coach to guide you through the challenge.
- Nutritional guidance and follow up.
- A personalized food template built for your goals.
- A beginner friendly environment that’s judgment free.
- Classes that are fun and supportive.
- Cost is $250 for starting a new fitness lifestyle.
THIS IS A PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS. YOU DON’T NEED TO BE IN SHAPE OR BRING ANY EXPERIENCE, BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS:
- Come in 3 times a week. Classes scheduled at 5:30am and 7:30pm.
- Schedule a consultation check-in during the week prior to the challenge.
- Keep track of your progress.
- Commit to the whole program.
- Work hard. You will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
- Work with a group.
- Commit to making a change. You will not be alone. The coaches and other members will be cheering you along!
- Leave your ego at home. You cannot worry about what the person next to you is doing. The process will humble you no matter what your experience is.
- Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
- Performance in benchmark workouts that will occur at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks.
- Follow our gyms rules.
