This is going to be one awesome Saturday! As you may recall, we are canceling our classes today and encouraging all our members to start the day with a little conditioning…followed by exploring some of the amazing things the city of Atlanta has to offer on Saturday. Click here for a reminder of several of the cool things going on this weekend in the ATL!

Please remember to warm up for 10-15 minutes before you get started.

Here is your workout!

Find an open field or street where you can sprint all out safely. Start the clock and…
SPRINT hard for 20 seconds, rest the remainder of the minute.

Do this for 5 minutes (five sprints)

At the 5 minute mark, spend the next 15 minutes doing as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of:
5 Broad Jumps
10 Airplane Planks (5/5)
15 Lunge Steps (each leg)
20 Meter Crawl (crawl however you want…just remain tight)
